1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and come33 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the come33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement takes effect from the date you register an account at come33. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

Come33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version of this Agreement will always be available on this page and will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the come33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online gambling platforms.
• Providing truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and throughout the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Not representing or acting on behalf of any third party without come33's written consent.

The registration process requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, active phone number and a valid email address. All information will be verified through the KYC process before your first withdrawal is permitted.

3 Member Account

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at come33. Owning multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name or false information — is a serious violation that will result in termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances including wins.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. come33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Log out of your account after every session on a public device.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Come33 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry best practices. You may be required to submit identification documents (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and bank account details before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC will delay the processing of your withdrawal.

4 Deposits & Payments

Come33 supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay), and other digital payment methods listed on our deposit page.

All deposits must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's or third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fee deductions.

5 Withdrawal of Wins

Come33 processes withdrawals in under one hour for requests submitted during normal operating hours. Withdrawals will be credited directly to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must have successfully completed the KYC process.
• Withdrawals are only processed to an account under the same name as the come33 account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 (may be increased for VIP members).
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

5.2 Security Review

Come33 reserves the right to place any withdrawal on hold for security review or compliance purposes. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours to request any supporting documents required. We apologise for any inconvenience and will ensure the process is completed as quickly as possible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Come33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and attract new ones. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirement

All welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed.

6.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Hedge betting or contradictory betting to meet bonus requirements is prohibited.
• Using bots or automation software to meet wagering requirements is strictly prohibited.

7 Betting & Gaming

The come33 platform offers a wide range of game categories including sports betting, online casino, slots, table games, e-sports and lottery. All games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness.

7.1 Final Results

The results of all games and wagers are final once settled by the system. come33 is not liable for any results arising from technical disruptions, unstable internet connections, or external factors beyond the platform's control. However, if a technical disruption is proven to be caused by come33, the affected bets will be fully refunded.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game category and membership tier. These limits can be reviewed on each game's page. VIP members are eligible for higher betting limits based on their membership tier.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the come33 platform is subject to strict rules of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account termination:

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information during registration, KYC or any interaction with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the come33 platform to transfer, conceal or convert funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using unauthorized methods to manipulate the bonus system.
• Bot Usage: Using automation software, scripts or artificial intelligence to play or place bets automatically.
• Hacking & Sabotage: Any attempt to breach, disrupt or damage come33's systems and infrastructure.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account or using another person's account.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

Come33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a member has violated any of the stipulated terms and conditions.

9.1 Account Closure by Member Request

You may close your come33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to you within 5 business days.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Come33 supports responsible gaming initiatives. Members who wish to limit or stop their betting activity may apply for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.

Come33's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the total deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Terms Amendment & General Provisions

12.1 Amendments

Come33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be sent via registered email or displayed as a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
